This is from the OFFICIAL English translation of Nintendo's Corporate Management Policy Briefing:

"I would like to tell you about something different from our traditional business.
We will definitely maintain dedicated video game platforms as our core business, but, We will also take on the challenge of expanding into a new business area.

We will attempt to establish a new platform business with which we can leverage our strengths, but which ...

It's now tied to your NNID and you can do a wireless system transfer at any time, I personally have cycled through 4 3DS XLs as I like to buy the limited edition ones (I still have the ALBW 3DS XL in its unopened box!), the system transfer operation is automated and easy. In case of the system getting completely destroyed, I think you can call Nintendo's customer service and they will help I guess, I've only tried calling their customer care dept once for a foreign eShop card and ...

It seems that the concept of "Fusion" is more plausible than ever for Nintendo's next gen. cycle.

Oh, remind me again whose credit rating was "junk" ?

It's always better to convey game ideas and standout situations via Gameplay and control mechanics, and not through cutscenes. After all these are "games" we're talking about. Cutscenes should, if ever needed to be used, bridge gaps in story to help flesh out the whole game experience and not the other way around when some lazy devs give absolute precedence to cutscenes with derivative, generic linking gameplay sections, giving us more flash and less substance.

And the ps4/x1 will be worse than PC graphically with nothing else to distinguish them from it, except maybe for the mandatory online subscription fee. It's for Ubi's own benefit to utilise the gamepad well for this game, the game's overarching mechanic seems a perfect fit. They also better optimise the code to take advantage of the large eDRAM Cache and GPGPU at least at a basic level like what NFS: Most Wanted U did and not do a direct afterthought port.
I preordered th...

I was playing Unepic last week on Wii U. Very good old school game and is a time sponge. The game uses the gamepad in a way making this by far the preferred version over PC.

The game development cycles now became longer and more resource demanding and that's understandable and is affecting every developer and publisher in the industry, Nintendo can't possibly make high quality games in the Mario, Zelda, MK, SSB, FE, Kirby, Yoshi and other franchises on BOTH Wii U as well as 3DS and HOPE to meet deadlines while continuing to meet their quality and polish standards without Skimping on quality, content or both, like many developers do in their yearly release...

The sad thing is that not only the same few NT haters who you see all the time cycling on every NT article to spew vitriol and wishful thinking do this, it's also some of the Mods and Admins on this site. Good for them if it's a paid enthusiasm, but if not, it just all looks the more sad and pathetic.

Good news, now lets hope to get games on the caliber of Super Mario RPG, F-Zero GX and LoZ: The Minish Cap, Wii U needs more exclusives and Nintendo can't do it all alone especially with the longer and more difficult game development cycles in this era, it'd take them ages to finish games without an outside helping hand. We need a Nintendo Direct ripe with new exclusive games and collaborations.

NT maybe also thinking about a totally different direction with this lice...

I don't remember spending so much time playing a demo of a game like I did for Bravely Default, except maybe The Wonderful 101! It's that good. Please bring more RPGs, we need an RPG renaissance, this game and Monolith Soft's X are an excellent start for such a renaissance. I just dream of a time when we could get a sequel for Shadow Hearts on the caliber of SH: Covenant.

Very smart business move by Nintendo on many levels, which I certainly think is premeditated to take advantage of the undervalued equity knowing that it will surely bounce back following all this doom and gloom madness, to increase equity ownership and protect the company from a hostile take over at the same time.

Some enlightenment from Wikipedia!
"When a company repurchases its own shares, it reduces the number of shares held by the public. The reduction of the...

Shadow Hearts: Covenant was one of the best RPGs I've ever played if not the best, along with Xenoblade Chronicles.

I've said it before and will say it again, I didn't mean to say that this is a "conspiracy theory" in a political sense, but rather you can look at it as what can be explained by the proverbial "Bandwagon" effect, it's a nature for human beings to dwell on, discuss and propagate bad and controversial news especially that surrounds big and legendary entities and most of those people who do so are not even considered fans of the discussed matter, or in the case a...
